7 Months and Other Fun...

Today Hailey is seven months old. I really can't believe it! She's the sweetest, prettiest, most wonderful seven month old around! Hailey still isn't loving eating off of a spoon, but we're working on it everyday. Obviously she's not missing out on the calories, and is still getting plenty of food to eat!

Hailey started rolling from her back to her belly near the mid part of April. At first it was just an accident, and she would cry as soon as she got on her tummy, and would just stay there. Now, she rolls back and forth, and all over the room. She gets up on all fours and scoots backwards. She doesn't go forward yet, but I'm just waiting for the day..it should be anytime now.

This little lady may just be a redhead. Isn't she pretty?

Today, I was organizing pictures and videos from before Addison was born, and trying to get them backed-up. As I watched some of the videos of Addison, I started to see little pieces of Hailey in Addi. It was fun to remember Addi as such a little babe, and made me realize that I need to work harder on documenting Hailey's life like I did Addi's.

These girls fill my life with such joy! Addi has started to really take to the idea of having a sister...FINALLY! She loves to hold Hailey, go see her in her bed first thing in the morning, and feed her a bottle.

Addison has been doing gymnastics, but started to not like going. Then, we started swimming lessons. She did a pretty good job, but the next session goes over the time we'll be away for vacation, and I didn't want her to miss those classes, so we're done for awhile with that. Next month though, Addi starts dance...and she is SO EXCITED! She'll be doing a mix of tap and ballet, and gets to wear a leotard and tutu with tights and cool shoes. He leotard and skirt came in the mail the other day, and she just had to wear them the whole rest of the day. She showed me some of her moves too!

A few weeks ago we headed to Taggart's Grill up near Morgan. The food was DELICIOUS! We had a fun time there, and enjoyed a bit of sun down by the roaring river.

Grandma Jer's school class gets caterpillars each year, and watches the transformation of them into butterflies. This year as they let them go, a few didn't want to leave, so she brought them home for Addi and Eth to see. We had them in our house for a few days, and Addi loved watching them. Grandma Jer even put one in Addi's hand.

Our lives are fun and busy. We are in a fun stage of life right now, but sometimes things get crazy! Trav's been working extra shifts to save for our vacation to Oregon next month. We will be excited to get to spend 10 days away with him all to ourselves..NO WORK! He's dedicated, and we are so grateful, but we miss him while he's gone working double shifts. I've also been working more lately, and have reactivated my real estate license again. We are mostly just looking forward to some sunshine so that we can get outside and play!

I can't believe how much Hailey has grown up! We need to get together this summer - we'll be arriving in Utah on May 31st for the summer.

Beautiful, beautiful girls. Hailey is a fabulous baby. Addi has my heart, can't wait to see her dance. But mostly, I can't wait to be with them for 10 days in Oregon. Addi will love the starfish on Neptune Beach.
