Temple Hike

To celebrate 100 years of Girl's Camp, our Stake Young Women's program put together a temple hike. We hiked from our Stake President's house in the hills of Farmington, all the way to the temple. It was about 7.5 miles total, and quite strenuous at times. The girls were excited, and it was an awesome way to spend a Saturday morning.

All along the trail, they had quotes, and it helped encourage me to keep going.

It was quite a sight to see all the girls and leaders making their way to the temple...

The views along the way were great too. I love Davis County!

Once we reached Rocket Park, we cooled off with Pace's popcicles, and had an inspiring devotional about how making the temple your goal is worth waiting for.

As we were hiking, nearing the temple, I noticed this bag, and thought it summed up everything we were sweating and working hard for, it's because, "WE BELIEVE!"
